You may remember when I got my
eyebrows tinted for the first time. No one could tell I did it, and the extra hint of color made a big difference. I didn’t need to fill in my brow, and it enhanced my blue eyes even when I wasn’t wearing makeup.
Well, I was back at Sine Qua Non salon (this time for a haircut) and decided to get my lashes tinted on a whim. I always wondered and finally did it.
Word on the street was that when you darken your eyelashes you’ll find there’s no need to apply mascara. Unless you want that inky lash look, which is always pretty for a night out, tinted lashes means you can put down your wand for about 6 weeks, which is how long it generally takes for the dye to fade. I had to see for myself.

Here are my lashes during the process. The whole thing takes about 20 minutes. The dye does tingle/burn for a couple of minutes, but it’s bearable.

Verdict: I loved the result. It was a pleasure to be mascara free. The difference is subtle, but I really did feel that my lashes looked fuller, darker and pretty 24/7. If I did anything to them, I just curled them with a lash curler. I especially noticed how my bottom lashes stood out, which usually only happens with mascara. I haven’t tinted my lashes since, and I wouldn’t do it regularly. That said, I’d consider doing it once in awhile. Summer is a good time to try it because then you don’t have to worry about runny mascara.

I have been thinking about doing this, but was nervous I wouldn’t see enough results. I do tend to do a more natural makeup look, especially for every day, so maybe it would be worth it. Yours look great, so maybe I will give it a go!
Yeah, if you don’t continue to use it then they go back, beausce your hair grows in cycles. I’ve been using Rimmel Lash Accelerator and it’s worked pretty well to grow my lashes! And it’s easy to keep using beausce if you’re a mascara lover like me you’ll wear it every day ♥
This product is amewose, it really does work, I also tried it not really expecting it to work much and was pleasantly surprised, my lashes really grew and were thicker, in fact I stopped using mascara cause with mascara on, my lashes look too large and fake..lol. Only problem is u have to keep using it, I found that out the hard way. Oh and also I didnt use it twice a day, only used it at bedtime and within about a month I saw a HUGE difference. Im still using it now but only every other day.
