If there’s ever an occasion screaming for sparkle, it’s New Years. Here’s my favorite glittery combo for nails or toes: one coat of Nails Inc. lacquer in Maddox Street topped with Nails Inc. 3D Glitter Polish in Sloane Square. It’s edgy, sophisticated and finishes off a little black holiday dress.
